Business Analyst
Job Description
The Business Analyst will play a key role in driving business improvements by analyzing complex data, identifying trends, and recommending strategic solutions. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define business processes, and ensure that our business solutions meet the needs of our clients and internal stakeholders. The role involves working on digital transformation projects, especially around CRM, AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making, in alignment with Reyada's vision to empower business growth through technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
- Business Process Modeling: Analyze current business processes, design improvements, and define new processes that drive efficiency and productivity.
- Solution Design: Work with technical teams to design solutions that address business problems, ensuring the alignment of technology with business objectives.
- Data Analysis: Analyze business data to uncover trends, provide insights, and recommend actionable strategies.
- Project Management Support: Support the project team in planning and executing business projects, ensuring that solutions meet business needs and deadlines.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Facilitate UAT to ensure the delivered solutions meet business requirements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure project alignment, timely updates, and address concerns.
- Training & Documentation: Provide training and documentation on new processes, solutions, and technologies to ensure smooth adoption.
Required Qualifications:
- Business or related major
- Good English communication and presentation skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles.
- Writing business proposals experience.
- IT, Business consulting and/or CRM/ERP solutions experience is a plus
