The HR Module application is developed by Reyada Business Services & Consulting Co. as a partner to Bitrix24. The application is designed to provide a complete Human Resources management solution within Bitrix24. Upon installation, it automatically sets up five customized business processes to support HR functions:

  1. Hiring Process – Manages candidate interviews, CV uploads, expected salary, LinkedIn profiles, and hiring documentation.
  2. Employees Information – Stores structured employee data (department, salary, hiring date, HR numbers).
  3. Hiring Request – Handles internal recruitment requests, approvals, and hiring criteria.
  4. Onboarding Process – Organizes onboarding steps such as training courses, assessments, and equipment tracking.
  5. HR Letter Requests – Manages requests for salary certificates, employment verification letters, visa letters, and more.
The application is installed directly from the Bitrix24 Marketplace and follows Reyada’s Privacy and Pricing policies.

Product Use

This Privacy Policy and Agreement become effective upon Your download and use of the HR Module application.

  • Use of the product is at Your own risk.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that Your use of the application complies with applicable laws and HR data protection regulations in your jurisdiction.
  • Reyada is not liable for damages, whether direct or indirect, resulting from Your use of the HR Module.
  • You agree to defend and indemnify Reyada and hold Reyada harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from Your business operations using this product.

What Information Does the Product Obtain and How Is It Used?
User-Provided Information


When using the HR Module, You may provide information such as:

  • Candidate Data: CVs, LinkedIn profiles, salary expectations, hiring documentation.
  • Employee Data: Department, salary, hiring date, HR numbers, and related details.
  • Recruitment Requests: Internal approvals, job requirements, and hiring criteria.
  • Onboarding Data: Training progress, assessments, feedback, and equipment assigned.
  • HR Letter Requests: Information required to generate certificates or official letters.

We may use this information to:

  • Deliver and improve the functionality of the HR Module.
  • Provide notifications, system alerts, and important updates.
  • Offer support, respond to inquiries, and ensure smooth operation of the application.
  • Share required notices and marketing promotions related to Reyada’s services.

Automatically Collected Information

The HR Module may automatically collect certain information such as:

  • The Bitrix24 environment and operating system details.
  • Usage patterns and process execution data (e.g., number of requests or workflows triggered). This information may be stored in the system database and transferred to Reyada under certain circumstances, for example when diagnosing technical issues.

Do Third Parties See and/or Have Access to Information?

Yes, but only in specific and limited cases.
