Job Description

We’re seeking a Lead Generation Specialist who will play a key role in driving Reyada’s business growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients across the MEA region. This role requires a balance of analytical skills, digital marketing insight, and sales-driven communication to create high-quality leads that convert into real opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct research to identify potential clients and decision-makers across target industries.
  2. Use digital platforms (LinkedIn, email, CRM, and other tools) to generate and qualify new leads.
  3. Build and maintain a consistent lead pipeline that aligns with Reyada’s sales objectives.
  4. Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop outreach campaigns and prospecting strategies.
  5. Track, manage, and update leads in the CRM system (Bitrix24).
  6. Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and ensure smooth handover to Sales for follow-up.
  7. Develop lead scoring models to prioritize high-value prospects.
  8. Analyze lead conversion metrics and continuously optimize the lead generation process.
  9. Support the creation of targeted prospect lists for webinars, campaigns, and events.
  10. Contribute to market research and competitor analysis to enhance outreach effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT, SaaS, or digital transformation solutions.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and CRM systems (Bitrix24 experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn targeting, email outreach tools, and market research techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Data-driven mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively..
