Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer success across Reyada’s digital transformation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  2. Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
  3. Understand client needs and position Reyada’s solutions (Digital Experience, RPA & AI, Infrastructure & Data) to address business challenges.
  4. Work closely with presales and business solutions teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and tailored demos.
  5. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
  6. Maintain accurate records of opportunities, forecasts, and client interactions in CRM (Bitrix24).
  7. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication and resolving issues promptly.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to strengthen market positioning.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT, SaaS, or digital transformation solutions.
  • Strong understanding of CRM, cloud services, or enterprise software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
