Job Description

As a Senior Business Solutions Specialist at Reyada, you will lead client engagements and guide a team in delivering high-impact digital transformation solutions. You’ll take ownership of analyzing business needs, designing CRM-driven workflows, and ensuring seamless implementation that drives measurable outcomes. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, project leadership, and client management skills, with a strong focus on CRM platforms such as Bitrix24 and related automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end client solution delivery — from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.
  • Mentor and guide junior Business Solutions Specialists, ensuring consistent quality and knowledge transfer across projects.
  • Translate client business objectives into effective digital solutions leveraging CRM, workflow automation, and integration tools.
  • Oversee CRM implementation projects, including customization, process optimization, and configuration management.
  • Coordinate with the technical, presales, and development teams to align business requirements with technical execution.
  • Conduct business process reviews and present recommendations for optimization and automation.
  • Manage client communication, expectations, and timelines to ensure project success.
  • Prepare project documentation, training materials, and reports for both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on CRM trends, automation technologies, and industry best practices to enhance solution delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven 2 to 5 years of experience in business analysis, CRM implementation, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to learning and staying current with industry developments.
  • Certifications in CRM platforms like Bitrix24, Salesforce, or similar are a plus.
