Ziwo Plugin is an product developed by Reyada business Services & Consulting Co. As a partner to Bitrix24 and Ziwo, the Plugin is meant to integrate between Bitrix24 CRM and Ziwo, and to be downloaded from Bitrix24 Marketplace. It follows Reyada’s Privacy and Pricing Policies.
Product Use
This Policy and Agreement becomes effective upon the user’s download and use of the product.
Use of the product is at your own risk. You must seek legal counsel to provide you with advice on whether your specific use or intended use of this product is in compliance with applicable law and industry best practices.
Developer is not liable to user for any damages, including compensatory, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, connected with or resulting from this agreement or user’s use of this product.
What information does the product obtain and how is it used?
When you use the product, you generally may provide (a) transaction-related information, such as when you make purchases, respond to any offers, or download or use product from us; (b) information you provide us when you contact us for help; (c) information you enter into our system when using the product, such as contact information. We may also use the information you provided us to contact your from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

The Plugin is NOT an Contact Center, however, it operates as a middle party between your Ziwo Contact Center and your Bitrix24 CRM. Therefore, we’re NOT responsible for the calls' rate or credit.

User agrees to defend and indemnify Developer and hold Developer harmless from all claims, losses, damages, complaints, or expenses connected with or resulting from user’s business operations.

You can stop all collection of information by the product easily by uninstalling the Plugin. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your application marketplace or network.

If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the product, please contact us at info@reyadabusiness.com and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Plugin to function properly, and we may be required to retain certain information by law.
We do not use the product to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at info@reyadabusiness.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
